Accounting Manager - ENGLISH/THAI

    • Manage, coordinate, and assist the day-to-day accounting and billing operations, including but not limited to the company's internal accounting and clients' POS/online order system.
    • Prepare invoices and financial reports, maintain accounting records, and analyze the company's financial forecast and position.
    • Support clients with setting up accounting and sales software, tracking account payables and receivables, and facilitating payment processing.
    • Communicate and develop a strong relationship with clients and deliver excellent customer service by resolving clients' accounting issues with the POS/online order system.
    • Manage clients' input and feedback on POS/online order systems, identify, research, and resolve issues within the accounting and billing operations to ensure efficiency.
    • Establish controls and guidelines for accounting and billing transactions.
    Special Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for the company's tax planning throughout the fiscal year, coordinating with a CPA to prepare and file an annual corporate tax return.
    • Coordinate with a CPA to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and proficiency in the Thai language(reading, writing, and speaking).
